Use a web proxy from the UK, like this site www.justproxy.co.uk. When you're on the site paste this link www.stardoll.com/es/campaigns/promic on the blank URL box.
After the page loads, fill in the form and click send. Then wait for a few seconds, and now you can exit the proxy site. Do not click on any ads that might appear, just close them.
